Iapos;ve started so many days like this, I canapos;t even begin to count. After a talk with Adria, weapos;ve both decided to take our lives back from the burden of our bodies and get healthy. Sheapos;s been on a great track, losing 26 lbs already, and only increasing. I hope I can meet our end of the bargain, and lose 20 lbs by mid-December. I donapos;t think itapos;ll happen, but Iapos;m gonna try anyways. Today was my first day and it wasnapos;t so bad. I started a Daily Food Diary, so to speak, to keep track of what Iapos;m eating, and itapos;s actually pretty cool. I donapos;t mind writing it down, plus you really get to see how much youapos;ve consumed in one day. My God, I ate so much yesterday, Iapos;m disgusted with myself. Hence, why Iapos;ve started this new "diet" today. Iapos;m trying to stay away from that word because itapos;s what will make fail. I hate diets and dieting and I hate people who constantly talk about it. Iapos;m just disciplining myself to eat better than what I have been, and its true. I KNOW how to eat healthy, itapos;s just easier eating junk at school. Not better, because I always feel so gross later. Just easier. Now, Iapos;m gonna have to make an effort and snack on healthy things, not chips and the like.

I hope this works out. My grade depends on it.
